Q: How do I install the app?

A: Nélo is available on the App Store. Search for “Nélo” and follow the installation instructions.

Q: Is the app compatible with my device?

A: Nélo requires iOS 15.0 or later and works on both iPhone and iPad.

 

 

Features & Usage

Q: How do I use the guided breathing?

A: Open Nélo, tap “Calm Down,” and follow the animated bubbles and your totem animal for a relaxing session.

Q: Can I customize the colors and animal?

A: Yes! Choose your color palette and totem animal using the palette or animal icon at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How do I play zen music?

A: Tap the music note icon at the bottom to select and play a soothing track.

Q: How do I set a daily reminder?

A: Go to Settings (gear icon) to enable and configure your daily reminder.

 

In-App Purchase

Q: What does the one-time purchase unlock?

A: The one-time purchase gives you access to all premium features in Nélo, forever—no subscription.

Q: How do I restore my purchase?

A: In the app, go to Settings and tap “Restore Purchases.”
